I have replaced both tires on my 2000 savage. I got a metzler marathon from the dealer and it cost $150 installed. When the front needed replacement I got it from motorcycle accessories warehouse (www.mawonline.com) and the front metzler cost $84.00. I had it put on and balanced by a local bike mechanic for 22.00. Savings of over $50.00. The tire cost includes shipping and handling.
